Assistant/Float Teachers have a base hourly hiring rate of $19.75 with bonus wages for Technical Program Training, ECE college credits, and CDA completion.

Lead Teachers have a base hourly hiring rate of $21.50 with bonus wages for Apprenticeship completion, and higher education degree completion.
​
Licensed Early Childhood Ed./Special Ed. Teachers have a base hourly hiring rate of $27.00 with bonus wages for dual licensure and bonus vacation time over the summer.
