Erin Pasquale
Program Director - Burlington
Erin started with Frog&Toad before Tiffany purchased the business in 2005. 2023 MARKS 20 YEARS OF DEDICATED SERVICE!
She has been in the field of Early Childhood Education for over 25 years in a multitude of capacities. She has been the Program Director for Burlington since 2016, and has made a plethora of positive impacts on the children and community that Frog&Toad so happily serves!
Joanna Spotts, EdD
Curriculum Coach - Burlington and Essex
Joanna joined Frog&Toad in 2025 as our Curriculum Coach! She has been an educator for over 20 years serving in a multitude of roles. At Frog&Toad, she will be working closely with the teachers in both of our locations in order to enhance our offerings! She loves nature-based learning, sensory invitations, messy exploration, and the kind of play that builds big feelings and big skills!
Riley Maskell
Program Director - Essex
Riley has been with Frog&Toad since 2012. First as a classroom teacher, then as the Assistant Director, and now as the Program Director. She completed the Apprenticeship Program in February of 2018. She is always working to further her education in Early Childhood Education, and strives to ensure that Frog&Toad continues providing excellent service.
