Riley Maskell
Program Director
Riley has been with Frog&Toad since 2012. First as a classroom teacher, then as the Assistant Director, and now as the Program Director. She completed the Apprenticeship Program in February of 2018. She is always working to further her education in Early Childhood Education, and strives to ensure that Frog&Toad continues providing excellent service.
Joanna Spotts, EdD
Curriculum Coach
Joanna joined Frog&Toad in 2025 as our Curriculum Coach! She has been an educator for over 20 years serving in a multitude of roles. At Frog&Toad, she will be working closely with our teachers in order to enhance our offerings! She loves nature-based learning, sensory invitations, messy exploration, and the kind of play that builds big feelings and big skills!
